After 2 break-ins at the TGBC our insurance company and the police recommended we consider some sort of security. We tried to do this ourselves but we failed and had continuous problems. Eventually we decided to get professional help.

The company has been responsible for the installation and maintenance of my Clinic’s security – East Clinic Ipswich, which includes motion sensor and visual Closed Circuit Television, of site monitoring twenty four hours a day, seven days per week. We had moved to our new home about a year ago and had trouble with the internal sensor unit and decided it needed to be fixed. Also we decided to install external cameras, a whole new system. Ace Alarms installed 5 cameras to surround our home at Newport for surveillance purposes. The system works very well. All the cables are hidden. It was quite an effort to install the cameras in the best positions because of the cramped space under the roof. Our surveillance system inside the home was extensive but only 2 sensors worked. Terry knew exactly what the problem was and replaced 4 sensor units that were faulty and fixed one that had been installed upside down. I was surprised how efficient Terry from Ace Alarms was in both the installation of the cameras and repairing the internal sensor units.
It is very satisfying to have a problem solved without time wasted with a technician who really does not understand the system.
